Coordinate and manage a variety of home projects, including landscaping enhancements, deck reconstruction, basement leak remediation, masonry repairs, front stoop and railing replacement, gas fireplace maintenance, bamboo removal, and other ongoing property needs. In addition to organization, this role will help manage the many moving pieces that come with homeownership, including vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, project oversight, and administrative tasks that require persistent follow-through.
