Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree, technical degree, or trade school certification preferred5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleExperience leading teams in a production environmentStrong knowledge of machining, manufacturing processes, and production operationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsStrong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with production planning, workforce management, and operational metricsProficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systemsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
