This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, optimizing field operations, and ensuring strong alignment between internal teams and an external dealer service network. Seeking an experienced Director of Service Operations to lead and elevate national service performance.

Supervise month end financial close process including the review of invoices, hourly and salary payroll, equipment profitability, subcontractor/supplier agreements, materials financials, inventory, journal entries, account reconciliations, customers' credit & collections, and accruals to achieve Company deadlines and SOX and GAAP compliance. Provide oversight of location deployed shared services in conjunction with Shares Service (SSC), and coordinate deployed shared service process improvement initiatives with SSC and operations finance leadership to ensure efficient business processes.

Improve equipment uptime, capability and reliability through the passionate facilitation of TPM initiatives and the AWC SEE (Strategic Equipment Excellence) program as well as all five phases of Six-Sigma improvement or the Defining, Measuring, Analyzing, Improving, and Controlling of equipment related problems. POSITION PURPOSE: Work with the Director of Manufacturing to lead American Woodmark's production initiatives in the Mill Operations to create wood cabinet components with the goal of establishing a world class manufacturing operation.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods, carrying trays, cleaning work area . You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. The Host reports directly to Lead Servers and the FOH Department Head and when necessary, other Department Heads and the property General Manager.
