Act as BRG’s owner’s representative for assigned workplace projects, directing external project teams and managing delivery from market surveys and site selection through design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy, including furniture, workplace technology, and relocations. Working with the Head of Workplace Portfolio, this person translates business needs into practical options, maintains reliable project controls, and develops consistent delivery practices across locations.
