This is small town living with big city compensation!    The extensive Rheumatologist package contains: <ul><li>top 90th income potential, this is a high earning potential role because of the volume of patients. Current Rheumatologists are top earning in the USA</li><li>Employed, Income guarantee year 1, then productivity. Be as busy as you want. </li><li>be mentored and taught by the best, if that's something you want</li><li>100% paid Malpractice and tail</li><li>Retirement funding with % match</li><li>Relo and Sign On $ Bonus </li><li>Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid</li><li>30 days = 1.5 months paid time off per year</li></ul>   Rheumatologist Role: <ul><li>M-F 8-5, phone call every 5 weeks</li><li>infusion center. lab and pharmacist all in the clinic </li><li>Average # of patients seen per day: 20-25 a day</li><li>servicing 1 hospital only. this is a 1 story building with a big parking lot</li><li>4 Physicians, 1 NP, everyone has their own nurse.
