Advanced skills needed: Running a mass transfusion through level 1 rapid infuser, OR assistance when needed, Strong IV background, work well in high stress environment, Rapid critical thinking skills. Procedures performed on unit: IV placement, spinal stabilization, splinting, assisting with chest tube procedure, traction, central/ art line placement, emergency bedside procedures.
