Leads, facilitates, and advises key stakeholders, department leadership, vice presidents and chiefs of medicine and nursing during analysis, deliberation and action planning of safe events and day to day patient safety concerns. Develops and maintains systems with the organization to detect, monitor, prevent, organize, measure, investigate, report, and manage patient safety events and other indicators of potential patient harm.
