participate in discharge planning • multidisciplinary care collaboration, utilizing well developed communication skills across the organization • obtain consultations as needed and ordered • proficient IV and Phlebotomy skills • Management of prognosis altering medications and treatments, to include titration as ordered, to include, but not limited to medications such as: Heparin, Nitroflycerin and opioids • post-operative/procedure patient management • telemetry proficency • solid pharmacological knowledge/experience • tracheostomy management • patent airway management • **Chronic ventilator management in our step down area only • PPE management - experience with donning and doffing appropriately to avoid contamination from patients with contagious illness, such as COVID-19 preferable. 6 -12 hour shifts, 6:45-7:15, (72 hours biweekly) Weekend/Call requirements: Every other weekend Specialty Area: Acute Care, Med Surg, Tele, Step Down Experience requirements: Minimum of 2 years (preference given to candidates with 5+) similar experience in similar Acute Care Hospital Settings.
