This position supports clinical staff in an area of specialization for the advancement of clinical practice and professional development, utilizes innovative education planning and programming, demonstrates expertise in clinical practice, collaborates and consults with clinical administrative disciplines for new programs and service improvement, demonstrates leadership through role modeling, mentoring and utilizing research principles to facilitate and promote evidence based practice. The Hospital is now a part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest healthcare organization in the region, with 12 hospitals, more than 27,000 employees, 4,000 physicians and 100 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities and physician practices spanning across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
