This position assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates all operational and clinical functions; directs and manages the overall coordination and delivery of all functions in the provision of health care to facility incarcerated individuals; and collaborates and provides input to the Director of Clinical Operations in the application of fiscal, human, and technical resources to respond to facility current and long-range health care needs. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides for coordinated, goal oriented clinical operations of the Nursing/Medical Clinic at Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF)-Oak Park Heights, including medical, nursing, dental, laboratory and medical records services.
