Serve as a delivery leader on engagements of moderate-to-high complexity and scale, communicating with client sponsors directly without oversight, and exemplifying engagement management, client relationship, client satisfaction, risk management, and delivery team management skills. This person will bring experience advising clients on outsourcing assessments, outsourcing RFx development, evaluation, and selection, contract negotiations, outsourcing transition, vendor governance and management, and service delivery optimization.
