Responsibilities include conducting accurate clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, supporting evidence-based practice, creating a compassionate environment, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The RN will coordinate patient care, perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and ensure safe passage for patients during their healthcare encounter.
