The ideal candidate will specialize in programming and maintaining Universal Robots (UR) and possess expertise in machine vision systems. This role involves collaborating with a team of engineers to optimize automation solutions, improve production efficiency, and ensure the seamless operation of robotic systems.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Universal Robots (UR) Programming:</strong></div><ul><li>Develop and optimize UR robot programs for various production tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UR robots into production lines, addressing programming needs and system integration challenges.</li></ul><div><strong>UR Robot Maintenance:</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of UR robots to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Perform routine inspections, calibration, and repair tasks as required.</li></ul><div><strong>Machine Vision Integration:</strong></div><ul><li>Design, configure, and implement machine vision systems to enhance automation processes.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to integrate machine vision technology with UR robots for quality control, inspection, and process optimization.</li></ul><div><strong>Automation System Enhancement:</strong></div><ul><li>Continuously identify opportunities to enhance automation processes and improve production efficiency.</li><li>Propose and implement automation upgrades and optimizations in collaboration with the engineering team.</li></ul><div><strong>Documentation and Training:</strong></div><ul><li>Create comprehensive documentation for UR robot programs, machine vision setups, and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Provide training and support to production and maintenance teams on robot operation and troubleshooting.</li></ul><div><strong>Safety and Compliance:</strong></div><ul><li>Ensure that all UR robot operations adhere to safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements related to automation systems.</li></ul><div><strong>Inventory management:</strong></div><ul><li>Maintaining inventory of components for all the equipment and BOM creation. </li></ul><div>             </div><div><strong> Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, technology, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with collaborative robots (Cobots).</li><li>Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial control systems.</li><li>Proven experience in programming and maintaining Universal Robots (UR).</li><li>Strong expertise in machine vision systems, including camera integration and vision algorithm development.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Robot Programming Language (RPL).</li><li>Familiarity with industrial automation systems and control systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and standards related to robotics and automation.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D CAD software for robot simulation and programming.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div>Join our team and be at the forefront of automation technology, contributing to the success of our production processes and driving innovation in our industry.
