This person will have a variety of duties, including doing roof repairs (residential and commercial) (flat and sloped roofs), warranty work and work on commercial job crews. Cable's Roofing is looking for a Customer Service Specialist and Lead Coordinator to join our team in our Tyler, Texas office. This person will drive both potential customer lead intakes and customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, creating leads for sales reps, addressing customer issues and warranty claims, soliciting and processing customer reviews and resolving customer problems.
