The Estimator serves as an internal resource and subject-matter expert, collaborating closely with the outside estimating team to support takeoffs, review bids, and ensure accuracy and competitiveness across all active proposals. Prepare accurate, competitive bids for public/municipal and general contractor solicitations, including prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements where applicable.
Perform inspections, leak investigations, and repairs on commercial roof systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing. Perform periodic site visits to inspect and document roof construction progress, quality and coordination of work.
