This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operations, team management, and driving business growth. Were looking for someone who can lead from the frontbalancing operations, sales, and team performance while keeping everything running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee daily operations including drivers, routes, and service schedules
	</li><li>Manage and track CSR activity, including monitoring cold calls and sales performance
	</li><li>Support and grow commercial client relationships, including national accounts
	</li><li>Assist in developing new business through sales efforts and client outreach
	</li><li>Manage P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance
	</li><li>Lead hiring, onboarding, and team development
	</li><li>Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of management experience (required)
	</li><li>Background in waste management, logistics, transportation, or similar industry preferred
	</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills
	</li><li>Experience with P&L responsibility and operational oversight
