You'll support patient flow from registration through discharge, collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service, process prior authorizations and referrals, complete surgery scheduling tasks, assist in managing physicians' clinic appointments and surgery schedules, and gather necessary information for successful patient consultations. Working knowledge of CareConnect system to complete on-line transactions, including appointment scheduling, procedure scheduling, encounter registration system, completing referrals, inputting authorizations, hospital lab results and medical reports.
