Enforce safety measures for silica-generating tasks, fall hazards, chemical exposures, and interior construction activities, including dust control, hot work safety, material handling, and multi-trade coordination to mitigate respiratory, fall, and fire risks. The Construction Safety Specialist will partner closely with CSA superintendents, foremen, and craft workers to build a world-class CSA work culture through field presence, hazard recognition, coaching, training, AI utilization, and program development and implementation.
