Manages and ensures customer's expectations for quality, schedule, and budget are satisfied Direct management of the operations portion of the project and interface with the customer and internal stakeholders Provide the customer updates on operations portions of the program Strives to improve the program's margin Reports program performance data as required to management and customers Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Qualifications BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred 5+ years utility construction experience in relevant operations management, construction management, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction, or equivalent combination of technical training and Operations Management experience.
