Examples of specialized experience include: Leading development and refinement of enterprise product strategies, roadmaps, or multi-year plans for complex IT or e-Government systems involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders; Managing complex product or program plans with interdependent tasks, overlapping deadlines, limited resources, or competing organizational priorities; Evaluating IT system performance, user experience, or operational efficiency to identify modernization opportunities, improve value delivery, and enhance enterprise outcomes; Conducting business process studies and translating findings into formalized policies, Product Charters, SOPs, or governance documentation; Applying Agile methodologies, user-centered design principles, or enterprise architecture frameworks to develop and maintain IT product plans, governance structures, or performance reporting mechanisms; Providing expert consultation on product management, technology adoption, IT lifecycle processes, or enterprise service delivery and representing an agency on committees or working groups related to IT, product management, or federal grant-making systems; Conducting analysis or evaluation of complex enterprise technology programs, including statistical analysis, feasibility studies, conflict resolution between mission needs and technical requirements, or interpreting market trends for strategic planning.
