What You'll Do: As a ServiceNow Software Asset Management Technical Consultant, you will serve as the hands-on builder on ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) engagements and pre-sales activities across the software entitlement and spend landscape, including software entitlement and license management, discovery and normalization, license position and reclamation, SaaS License Management, engineering and clinical software models, and audit readiness. Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (Software Asset Management Pro, software models and entitlements, discovery and normalization, license metric definitions, reclamation rules, SaaS License Management, Flow Designer, scoped applications, and Reporting/Performance Analytics).
