Join Our Dynamic Mom/Baby Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Medical City Dallas, 7777 Forest Lane, Dallas, TX 75230 - **Unit:** 7th Floor, Building D - **Number of Beds:** 70 - **Staffing Level:** 120 dedicated professionals - **Patient Ratios:** 1:3 couplets (6 patients max) **What You'll Do:** - Provide exceptional care in Mother/Baby unit - Offer lactation consulting support - Perform phototherapy, blood sugar checks, and IV antibiotic administration - Be part of a collaborative team with 1 charge nurse, 2 resource nurses, and 7-15 RNs on the day shift - Float as a resource nurse, when necessary (rare opportunity) **What We’re Looking For:** - **Must Have:** - Experience in Mother/Baby care - **Preferred Skills:** - NICU or postpartum experience **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Positive attitude - Flexibility - Team player mentality **Certifications Required:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Scheduling:** - Start dates on Tuesday - 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule - No call required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
