The Director of Golf serves as a key property leader and works closely with the General Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, Food and Beverage, Lifestyle/Events, Accounting, Human Resources, Troon support teams, association leadership, committees, members, residents, and guests. Develop and support programming that drives participation, including leagues, clinics, member events, outings, tournaments, instructional programs, player development, and community-focused golf initiatives.
