This role is expected to leverage modern recruiting technologies, including AI-assisted talent acquisition tools, to enhance sourcing effectiveness, improve recruiting efficiency, and support data-driven hiring strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in California, with a strong emphasis on hands-on sourcing, preferably in chain retail stores/supermarkets/restaurants, manufacturing, warehouses, or other high-volume workforce environments.
