Territory:  West Texas Position:  Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representative Salary: $55k + Commission - Total compensation (base + commission) can range from $55,000 - $100,000 annually Vero Fiber is focused on becoming a market leader in the fiber to the premise industry, and this position will directly impact the Company’s overall success. Your goal will be to help connect people and communities by offering best-in-class internet services through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers. Great opportunity to join Vero Fiber as we launch in our Texas markets – base plus commissions!  RESPONSIBILITIES</div><ul><li style="margin-left:8px">Serve as the primary driver of new revenue for the Company by actively engaging in prospecting and sales activities. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Provide knowledge and sell Vero Fiber services to customers. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Develop a deep understanding and stay current on all Company product offerings and align the correct offering with the customer based on their need. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Work with marketing, business development and operational teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with marketing campaigns and new market expansion. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Track sales activity and ensure accurate information is gathered to enable various KPIs and reporting that are regularly analyzed by management or other departments within the Company.  </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Participate in sales strategies such as marketing campaigns, community events or conferences to that result in increasing market share. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures. </li></ul>CORE COMPETENCIES  <ul><li style="margin-left:8px">There are several competencies required to be successful in this position.
