The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: running Fab Lab trainings across various areas, assisting lab users by providing guidance and support for their design and production needs; performing various lab and equipment maintenance tasks, assisting with construction/fabrication projects, monitoring for the safety of all Fab Lab users, and other duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities will include the ability to move and lift objects up to 30lbs, operating analog tools and equipment in the woodshop and metal shop, as well as digital fabrication equipment such as laser cutters, CNC routers, CNC plasma cutters, and associated software/programs.
