The IT Business Analyst (BA) partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving successful delivery across the software development lifecycle while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. 

Responsibilities:
