In this full-time position, you will play a critical role supporting Field Services by developing, maintaining, and managing project-level schedules across multiple operating units and active work scopes. As the centralized Project Scheduler, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Services leadership to ensure project schedules accurately reflect field conditions, priorities, and evolving work plans. Your ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously—ranging from short-duration work to longer-term projects—will be essential in keeping teams aligned and leadership informed as conditions change. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Project and a strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule logic. You will regularly update schedules based on real-time field input, assess impacts from unplanned changes, and clearly communicate schedule implications across internal teams. While this position does not directly manage execution, your work will serve as a trusted source of information for planning, coordination, and decision-making.</div>  

What You'll Do:
<div> </div><ul><li>Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project for multiple active projects across all operating units, ensuring schedules accurately reflect scope, sequencing, and field conditions</li><li>Collaborate regularly with Project Managers and Superintendents to gather real-time updates, confirm progress, and incorporate changes resulting from shifting priorities, delays, or new customer requests</li><li>Track project milestones, critical path activities, and schedule variances, providing clear visibility into impacts, risks, and potential conflicts across simultaneous projects</li><li>Analyze and adjust schedule logic, including task dependencies, durations, and constraints, to maintain realistic and achievable timelines as conditions evolve</li><li>Prepare and distribute internal schedule updates and reports, ensuring leadership has consistent, accurate information for planning, resource coordination, and decision-making</li><li>Support project kickoffs and planning meetings by developing baseline schedules and collaborating with operations teams to ensure alignment on project expectations and timelines</li></ul>   Working Conditions<ul><li>Sit, talk, hear, read, write and type</li><li>Regularly walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms</li><li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds</li><li>Flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment</li></ul>

What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>3–7 years of experience in project scheduling within industrial construction, heavy civil, utilities, mechanical/electrical trades, or similar multi-discipline environments</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6 Primavera, including building schedules from scratch, managing task logic, and analyzing critical paths</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field operations, and project workflows across multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather information from busy field leaders and translate it into accurate, actionable schedules</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing 10–20 schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, incorporating last‑minute updates or scope changes without compromising schedule clarity or reliability</li></ul>

A project scheduler creates, manages, and tracks project timelines, ensuring tasks meet deadlines by developing schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing critical paths, and communicating updates to stakeholders.This position will support a large data center project located in Niagara County, NY.
