Job DescriptionUsing the output of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), create weekly and daily production schedules which result in production plans that minimize inventory investment, maximize productivity, and maximize customer service levels. Coordinates with Supplier Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to assure that materials are on site in a timely manner to facilitate speedy and accurate parts availability to meet customer demands.

Let's grow together, enjoy more, and inspire each other.Work #LikeABosch <ul><li>Reinvent yourself: At Bosch, you will evolve </li><li>Discover new directions: At Bosch, you will find your place </li><li>Balance your life: At Bosch, your job matches your lifestyle </li><li>Celebrate success: At Bosch, we celebrate you </li><li>Be yourself: At Bosch, we value values </li><li>Shape tomorrow: At Bosch, you change lives </li></ul>Job Description<ul><li>Using the output of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), create weekly and daily production schedules which result in production plans that minimize inventory investment, maximize productivity, and maximize customer service levels. </li><li>Provides timely, complete, and concise communication to production personnel regarding schedule changes or revisions that have immediate or long-range impact. </li><li>Ensures that schedule attainment, adherence, and Inventory DOH are met in accordance with plant level performance measures. </li><li>Collaborate with Materials Manager to maintain capacity requirements plan that supports the master schedule. </li><li>Coordinates with Supplier Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to assure that materials are on site in a timely manner to facilitate speedy and accurate parts availability to meet customer demands. </li><li>Maintains replenishment signals within the ERP system for manufactured items to assure a smooth flow of materials and enable operational efficiency. </li><li>Manages daily support of production needs such as setting priorities and addressing supply issues. </li><li>Maintains effective working relationship and communication with all departments. </li><li>Support changes of Scheduling and Inventory Control processes required for ERP </li><li>Participate in the clear-to-build meetings adjusting the production schedule where necessary. </li><li>Other Duties as assigned. </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>This position requires a two-year degree in an appropriate field of study with one (1) to three (3) years material management experience in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Normal mechanical and analytical ability is a must. In the absence of a 2-year degree in an appropriate field of study, this position requires an additional three (3) years of related experience. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Extended knowledge of MRP and ERP experience required. Qualifications:

Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm.  Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.  </li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Six months clerical and customer service experience required.</li><li>Some computer experience required.</li><li>Medical and insurance experience required.</li><li>Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.</li></ul>
