Requirements, testing & continuous improvement: Support discovery workshops by capturing user needs, pain points and process steps; help translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories Support testing (test script creation, data set preparation, defect logging, retest) and contribute to user acceptance testing and end-to-end scenario validation Analyze incident and feedback trends to propose practical improvements to process, data, training or system configuration. Education & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition or a related scientific discipline (preferred) Graduate or 1 2 years' relevant experience (e.g., R&D, Quality, Supply, laboratory, technical, data/analytics or business support roles) Interest in digital systems and data; prior experience with R&D/Quality/PLM systems is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
