Courses taught may include Early Childhood Education, Food Science/Chemistry, Culinary Skills and Foods, Education Careers and others. Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Family and Consumer Sciences or the ability to obtain a Tier 1 or Tier 2 License or an Out of Field Permission .
