The UMass iCons Program is a signature interdisciplinary certificate program hosted by the College of Natural Sciences at UMass Amherst that sets diverse teams of undergraduates from 45 different majors across STEM and Business fields at UMass to work on problems of global significance in four tracks: (1) food-water-climate, (2) sustainable energy-materials, (3) biomedicine, and (4) AI-future of work. The flagship of the Commonwealth, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, is a nationally ranked public land-grant research university that seeks to expand educational access, fuel innovation and creativity, and share and use its knowledge for the common good.
