Experience* Experience in pilot plant operations, process development, or manufacturing environment* Hands-on experience with fermentation, drying, or ingredient manufacturing processes preferred* Experience supporting scale-up, tech transfer, or commercialization activities is desirable* Background in laboratory testing and microbiology techniques* Experience working in food, biotechnology, or ingredient manufacturing industries preferred.
