We’re looking for a proactive Operations Accounting Coordinator to support project teams and help ensure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you're a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration are key—this might be the perfect opportunity for you!<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>In this vital role, you’ll be the bridge between operations and finance, ensuring accurate job costing and timely billing. Your work will directly support project success and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and submit weekly time-and-materials project billings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete</li><li>Collect and allocate weekly payroll hours to the appropriate projects</li><li>Monitor and apply job costs with precision</li><li>Manage Extra Work Authorizations and ensure proper documentation for billing</li><li>Track subcontractor costs and reconcile project-related invoices</li><li>Partner with finance and operations teams to align costs and support final billing</li><li>Review and process Concur expense reports; assist team members with questions</li><li>Support onboarding by conducting new hire orientations</li><li>Assist the VP with travel coordination, schedule management, and Concur support</li><li>Provide backup coverage for other team members as needed</li><li>Take on additional duties as assigned—your flexibility and initiative are welcome!</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Familiarity with Concur, time-tracking systems, and job cost accounting is a plus</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
