Examples of qualifying experience include experience responding to customer inquiries regarding billing or financial transactions and managing customer accounts (for example: credits, debits, adjustments, reconciling discrepancies etc.); performing daily work using a computer (for example: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, Edge, or other search engines) to locate and review records; and researching and communicating established rules and procedures that involve factual details; OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: A Bachelor's degree or four years of education above high school in any field of study from an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
