The Install Crew position is involved in the construction, temporary building and installation of tents and structures at events under the direction of the job Foremen. Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li>Following the best practices for safety </li><li>Communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner with customers and co-workers </li><li>Load and unload trucks and trailers </li><li>Transport materials between vehicle and installation site </li><li>Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of tents and other equipment </li><li>Work in a focused, team environment </li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li></ul><h5>Qualifications </h5>Qualifications Include: <ul><li>Ability to work cohesively as part of a team </li><li>Must have a positive attitude </li><li>Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively </li><li>Must be able to utilize problem solving skills </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends </li><li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.) </li><li>Good hand-eye coordination </li><li>Familiarity with power tools </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li></ul>

Five years of driving experience. Experience working within a university setting preferred. Able to work independently and think independently. Able to work a part-time flexible schedule.
