Following the instruction of Maintenance Technicians, the Grounds Assistant will install plants, maintain yards and other objects (example: rock, cement, lighting, furniture, water, etc.) in external environments through irrigation, trimming, pruning, raking, mulching, application of pesticides and fertilizers, as well as other methods. Employee is regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods of time; use hands to finger motion, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
