Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from April 13th, 2026 and will end on August 13th, 2026. This position will remain open until July 10th, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards.</li><li>Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.</li><li>Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.</li><li>Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available, and be able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.</li><li>Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.</li><li>Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.</li><li>Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.</li><li>Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.</li><li>Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.</li><li>Contact a management member if he/she is unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making.</li><li>Request additional product or restock product as required.</li><li>Handling cash accurately. Employee is responsible for issued bank at his/her bar.</li><li>Maintains clean and sanitary work station at all times. Ensures bar equipment is clean & well maintained.</li><li>Other duties as assigned such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:black">Six months or more experience bartending.</li><li style="color:black">Accurate cash handling skills.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.</li><li style="color:black">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.</li><li style="color:black">Bartending school preferred.</li></ul>

The Opportunity: The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a Youth Basketball Coach to instruct children, ages 4-14, in an individual and group setting at various Junior Grizzlies programs in Memphis, TN and the Mid-South. In This Role You Will: Provide individual and group basketball instruction for children, ages 4-14, of varying skill levels via drills, stations, competitions, and skill demonstrations.

The Opportunity:
The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a Youth Basketball Coach to instruct children, ages 4-14, in an individual and group setting at various Junior Grizzlies programs in Memphis, TN and the Mid-South. These programs include but are not limited to 1-hour clinics and multi-day camps. Coaches are responsible for teaching the fundamentals of basketball while creating lifelong memories by providing a fun, educational, and safe environment  to all program participants.

In This Role You Will:
<ul><li>Provide individual and group basketball instruction for children, ages 4-14, of varying skill levels via drills, stations, competitions, and skill demonstrations.</li><li>Follow assigned curriculum while also possessing ability to lead self-run drills and activities during stations and at other points during camps and/or clinics. </li><li>Coach and officiate teams during scrimmages, ensuring equal playing time, and constructive team play.</li><li>Motivate and encourage participants with a friendly, positive, and caring demeanor. Show constant enthusiasm and assist in delivering messaging about sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play, and similar Junior Grizzlies principles.  </li><li>Ensure participant safety by monitoring activities and by reporting potential injury and/or disciplinary concerns.</li><li>Have respectful and cordial interactions with parents, guardians, facility staff and other program customers. </li><li>Assist with operational tasks such as setup and breakdown, check-in and check-out, lunch monitoring, giveaway distribution, guest appearances.</li><li>Arrive to camps, clinics, and any other programs in a punctual manner.</li><li>Take direction from Youth Basketball Manager, Youth Basketball Coordinator, and/or Lead Coach as it pertains to the role and the respective responsibilities that are required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

The Experience You Will Bring:
