Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay. Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising FritoLays complete line of products including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & many more in stores including supermarkets and large grocery stores. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company PepsiCo.In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:<ul><li>Drive your personal vehicle with gas mileage reimbursement to a variety of store locations.</li><li>Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.</li><li>Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.</li><li>Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.</li><li>You will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules with time.</li><li>Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members and log activity.</li></ul>We operate 24 hours a day so you may not have a typical schedule and our jobs are physical. We are Storage Scholars, a premium student storage company that serves 150+ college campuses nationwide. We are actively seeking a Regional On-site Moving Manager to assist us with our operations in the Columbia, SC market. The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, abundant energy, and a determined attitude, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the successful completion of the tasks at hand. This is a seasonal contract position, with the duration of this opportunity being approximately 4 weeks. This will also include lifting/moving items and potentially driving box trucks (Uhaul/Penskes). Your responsibilities will encompass the following duties:<ul></ul><ul><li>Engaging in face-to-face interactions with customers.</li><li>Managing inventory of customer orders through our web portal.</li><li>Loading and unloading customer belongings onto trucks.</li><li>Operating trucks for transportation purposes (in-town only)</li><li>Organizing and arranging orders at our storage facility.</li><li>Successfully delivering stored items back to student customers</li><li>Assisting the Campus Teams Manager with managing student movers </li><li>Working closely with our partnered moving companies and student managers</li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a valid Driver's License </li><li>Willingness to drive a box truck (UHaul/Penske)</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Ability to work full time during busy seasons (May-June, then August-Sept)</li><li>Great communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to identify challenges and find practical solutions to various issues that may arise during moving operations</li></ul>If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to take on a dynamic role in our rapidly growing company, we welcome your application!
