This role directly supports MA'O's farm operations by facilitating smooth and reliable deliveries to co-producers (customers), including restaurants, grocery stores, natural food retailers, CSA host sites, farmers markets, community partners, and other designated delivery locations across Oahu. While delivery and logistics are the primary focus of the role, the position also functions as a support-level farm operations role and assists with broader farm, harvest, processing, and production operations on non-delivery days, consistent with operational needs, training, safety requirements, and role classification.
