Responsibilities include coordinating substitute custodial coverage, assists in maintaining health and safety records, and developing and formatting safety manuals, training materials, and other departmental publications, as well as performing a variety of administrative support functions requiring organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities and Safety, the Facilities and Safety Department Secretary provides advanced administrative and operational support for the department by independently coordinating departmental processes and workflow activities.
