Constructs and maintains streets by cleaning, applying sealing materials, rebuilding shoulders, applying surfaces, reconditioning base and sub-grade materials, replacing deteriorated curbs and gutters, replacing surface and base materials, repairing surfaces otherwise damaged, controlling vegetation, reducing weather effects, removing trash and other materials from rights of way, and reconstructing storm drainage conduits and appurtenances.
