The position assists with mechanical takeoffs, submittals, Requests for Information RFIs, equipment and material tracking, project documentation, scheduling, field coordination, and progress tracking while gaining practical exposure to mechanical construction operations, including piping, HVAC, equipment installation, and fabrication activities. Field work may involve walking and standing on active construction sites and exposure to outdoor conditions, mechanical equipment, tools, moving parts, noise, dust, grease, oil, mud, and other typical mechanical construction and maintenance conditions.
