Experience supporting enterprise SOCs, Network Operations Centers (NOCs), or Cyber Defense Centers, and with cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, NDR, threat intelligence, attack surface management, or security analytics platforms. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to SOC analysts, security engineers, architects, CISOs, and executive leadership, and partner closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and product feedback.
