QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years related experience working in an orthopedic spine practice, pain management center, clinic, or hospital preferred Bilingual verbal and written (English/Spanish) required Translates patient discussions/documents between Spanish and English-speaking patients, physicians, and clinical staff as authorized by HIPAA Ability to reliably travel between Tampa and Riverview as clinic schedule dictates Intermediate experience with AllScripts EHR and Microsoft Suite Works effectively both independently and as a team member with physicians, management, and other staff Provides excellent patient care, exceptional customer service, and practices professional telephone etiquette Utilizes good judgment, willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Remains calm under pressure and manages time efficiently in fast-paced, constantly changing environment Superior attention to detail, accurate written skills, and concise verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, AllScripts PM/EHR, and Phreesia software Able to effectively understand, follow, and communicate oral and written instructions in English. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates Physician's schedule to maximize efficiency between clinics, surgeries, meetings, and conference calls and administratively assists to keep Provider on task to ensure smooth workflow and continuity of appointments Communicates effectively and flexibly responds to changing demands.
