Serves as the on-site Security Manager responsible for site access control, construction security operations, security compliance, management of construction security technicians and escorts, and coordination with the Site Security Officer (SSO), Accrediting Official (AO), and SCIF Accrediting Authorities to support secure project execution and facility accreditation. Leads, manages, plans, and coordinates all physical, personnel, construction, and information security activities for Military Construction (MILCON) projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedules, funding parameters, and security requirements.
