This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales-strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
