Should possess knowledge of computer applications related to assessment (Microsoft Office, CAMA, Pictometry, Multiple Listing Services, GIS), and basic concepts and terminology related to real property appraisal and taxation including knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and transactions. The Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue is seeking a Real Estate Appraiser I to perform a variety of professional residential real estate appraisals of low to moderate complexity for real property taxation purposes.
