Physical Security Officers must be proficient in Spectrum's security platforms. ***Pay rate $20/hour*** How You’ll Make an Impact  <ul><li>Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience by conducting daily on-site security operations, including access control, patrols, alarm response, mail screening, critical incident response, and incident investigations. </li><li>Identify and report security vulnerabilities and safety issues, creating and updating incident reports as necessary. </li><li>Coordinate and liaise with internal business partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. </li><li>Adhere to Spectrum’s policies, Integrity Policy, and Code of Conduct when handling sensitive or confidential information. </li><li>Ensure quality service and adherence to policies and procedures, while maintaining and utilizing team equipment. </li><li>Become proficient in Spectrum security platforms and technology, conduct required security training and assist with special events and other duties as needed. </li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Walking and standing for significant periods of time, as well as speaking, listening, observing </li></ul> What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications  Education<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2+ years of Security, Military, Customer Service in the retail or hospitality sector</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Consistently displays a professional and positive attitude  </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills  </li><li>Active listening skills Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the team, internal partners, and the public  </li><li>Ability to implement processes  </li><li>Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively   Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately, and employ appropriate measures  </li><li>Attention to detail  </li><li>Ability to successfully complete all training required for the position  </li><li>Ability to use office software/computer skills (MS Office – Word, PPT, Excel) </li><li>Ability to operate a radio, telephone, and cellular phone with associated applications  </li><li>Ability to learn Spectrum’s access control systems, guard tour platform, video systems, and other security-related technology </li></ul>Schedule & Travel<ul><li>Willing and able to work flexible schedules  </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications  Education<ul><li>Security Certification Graduate of a law enforcement training academy or Criminal Justice degree</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior law enforcement/military/fire service/hospitality/customer service/security operations in a corporate setting </li></ul> #LI-LYR GSE101 2026-73648 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
