This role will serve as the primary bridge between Federal users, business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and agile delivery teams—establishing a clear product direction, defining current-state and future-state workflows, and ensuring that each release addresses validated user and program needs while maintaining continuity of the legacy system throughout the transition. The individual will partner with Federal stakeholders, end users, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, enterprise architects, vendors, and delivery teams to maximize value, manage scope and dependencies, and support high-quality outcomes across the product lifecycle.
